On Friday morning, Year 2 were lucky enough to have our local fire service come and visit.  The visit was part of our Fire Fire topic (last term), but unfortunately got postponed.  The children had great fun looking around the fire engine at all the different parts and equipment used to help deal with fires and other emergencies.  Luckily, they then got to go inside the vehicle, but the best part was when they got to use the hose!
