Our Vision

TEACH staff and Trustees have high aspirations for all the children identified as having SEND in our schools no matter what their needs or abilities. We strive to ensure that all children achieve their best and become confident individuals living fulfilling lives.

Our ambition for our children in the Pandas Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) Base is to ensure they are part of a fully inclusive environment so that barriers are reduced, broken down or overcome.

Our SLCN-trained staff use a variety of strategies and approaches to support each child in accessing the curriculum.  They implement targeted provision to enable children to make the best possible progress, particularly with regard to their speech and language development.
